Good Choices versus Bad Choices

Let’s be honest you do reflect what you tolerate. Generally your health is a reflection of how you behave. How you find yourself physically is a lifestyle choice you have made in the past.

The great thing though is that you have a choice to make. You are in the driving seat so to speak and that is empowering.

  1. Make starting your day with some positive affirmations. The drive you are trying to install needs to have a daily boost to keep the flame burning.
  2. Outcomes do dictate choices. Bad food doesn’t just find its way into your stomach. Get into the frame of mind and ask yourself what are my fitness goals before choosing to put whatever it is in your mouth.
  3. And last but not least remind yourself about your success. An example might be 4 solid workouts this week helped me get closer to achieving my weight loss goals. I have the ability to achieve anything when I put my mind to it.
