Healthy snacks keep you on track – so put down that muffin or biscuit, and make yourself this yummy smoothie instead!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
· 375ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced-fat milk
· 1/2 200g container natural yoghurt
· 1 ripe banana, chopped
· 150g frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries
· 1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
· 2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
NUTTY SNACK
· 35g almond kernels
· 25g pepitas
METHOD
Step 1
Place the milk, yoghurt, banana, raspberries, oat bran and honey in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
Step 2
Combine the almonds and pepitas. Serve immediately with smoothie. Yum!
