Moving into a new gym!

We are only a few short weeks away from our brand new gym being finished, and we can’t wait to get started training in this exciting new facility.

We have learned lots over the years about what works and what doesn’t in a gym environment and we are pleased to have incorporated all the best aspects into one neat package, big on dreams and aspirations.

We will be running a new range of group training classes along with plenty of personal training options. Now is a great time to be thinking about what your training will be like over the warm summer months, so set aside a moment and set yourself some goals.

This new gym will provide you with the opportunity to set new goals – whether it’s to improve your bench press weight, strengthen your core, or extend your aerobic capability (go for a 20 min 5km goal), Move Health and Fitness will help you reach them!

The addition of our fully qualified Nutritionist, Amy Lloyd, means that all the dietary advice you need is on hand, ready for you to get healthy, get lean and get fit!
