Hi there, I’ve been a fitness professional for just over 10 years. Throughout that time I’ve developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different environments within the fitness industry. Starting out in the commercial and franchise gyms doing one on one personal training and small groups in the early days gave me some good tools to further my career.

After a brief stint off the gym floor and into managing a small team of trainers I decided it was time to get back into what I love doing but in a different environment. Lots of PD and refining my skills followed by defining what type of trainer I am and the type of clientele I wanted to pursue lead me to Move Health and Fitness. Mainly working 1:1 and 2:1 with clients is where I do my best work.

I lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle and practice what I preach. I consider myself a functional trainer with a heavy focus on the needs analysis of any one client. The areas in which I excel in are:
